Custom menu wallpaper

Every update, the wallpaper of the menu changes the the update them. This spinning wallpaper is one of the things I like the most. But it lacks customization. Think that we should put the spinning backroom of every update in a sort of customization menu. We could change the speed of rotation, the direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) or even make it not spin (if we do, we can choose where the angle is in the image). We could also, in Java, import an image and make it spin too and in bedrock, taking it from the media gallery or make it change through the Minecraft site somehow. This can surely add a lot of personality for everyone, especially content creators!
