Recently I've been seeing more and more people have issues with their Minecraft accounts being temporarily suspended even though they did not violate any rules (Java).
Minecraft has always worked best when server owners set and enforce their own rules. Public servers, private servers, and friend groups all have different standards, and moderation should generally be handled at the server level. Mojang should not be broadly deciding what players can or cannot say in private servers with friends unless there is some form of real-world harm.
Account-wide suspensions should be rare, carefully reviewed, and reserved for serious cases. False suspensions are unfair, especially when appeals are unclear or players are not given enough detail about what they supposedly did wrong.
