Sponges drying out in hot temperature biomes on Java

Similar to Bedrock Edition, Wet Sponges should dry out eventually if in a hot biome for too long, such as a desert. Not only does this make sense, but it's more convenient since we wouldn't have to go to the Nether or smelt the sponge, making it a bit simpler to dry.
