Find its rare egg via archeology brushes in mountain ruins.Avian Saddle & RidingRoc Feathers naturally shed over time. Surround a standard Horse Saddle with 8 Roc Feathers to craft the custom saddle required to ride/steer it. Riding allows full mid-air hovering, perfect for mega-builders.Memory & Bonding SystemRocs are friendly but have a username-grudge system if attacked. If you help a wild Roc defend a village from a Pillager Raid, you earn its respect for an instant "Hero’s Bond" tame. Otherwise, tame it using raw salmon/cod.Dual Combat LoopLanded: Left-click deals a high-damage Beak Peck (7.5 hearts) that breaks shields/stuns. Jump triggers a Ground Slam foot-stomp with massive AoE knockback.Flying: Right-click activates a Talon Snatch to pick up and drop enemies from 30 blocks high, or throw them. Shift+Left-click beats its wings to fire a Wind Gust projectile to blast enemy hordes away or launch the player into the clouds without fireworks.Behaviors & ArmorRocs love swimming, automatically attack Pillagers, and playfully roll Armadillos to farm Scutes. Craft dyeable "Aviator Armor" using Leather, Iron, and Roc Feathers to deflect skeleton arrows and negate high-speed kinetic crash damage.
