Optimization For Allowing Vibrant Visuals On Adreno 610 Mobile Processers

Upon doing some research, SPIR-V and FSR allows Coding resolutions to be functional on the devices that mcpe considers "Low unsupported devices" for vibrant visuals. Most devices that are in good shape and affordable prices only runs in adreno 610 to 619 processors (Example used are my devices I use to play mc which is OPPO a174 and vivo y29) Which can run smoothly on different games that has heavy rendering needs like modern warships with medium settings in graphics, Roblox max graphics in heavy rendered games of developers etc. Many games have been considering optimizations in order to improve performance and also allow others in low end devices to experience even if there's some little issues. I personally would want Mojang to allow us to turn on vibrant visuals despite the harsh disadvantages that we can compensate otherwise with mods that helps optimizations or the settings itself.
