the pararama and splash should move when screen aniamtions are turned off

in bedrock edition this has annoyed me ever since they added this because the screen animations annoy me and when i turn them off the pararama stops moving making the menu ugly. JUST KEEP THE PARARAMA SPINNING PLS CUS I LIKE HAVING NO SCREEN ANIMATIONS I JUST WANT IT TO WORK WITH THE PARARAMA
