Poison effect without a helmet in Sulfur Pool at chaos cube

The idea is that along with the nausea effect, the player would have a chance of getting a poisoning effect if exposed too long to the gases generated by the pool if they are not wearing a helmet of any kind, for example; this would also give the turtle shell a second use.
