Realms maintenance mode

I been using realms for a few months. I changed a few things in the settings, added new worlds, and so on. But when people join my realms when I'm done tinkering, they get a loading screen saying that realms is in maintenance mode. I can join the realms, so how and why can't others join. I can't disable it, so how can I fix it. Please have a setting where we can toggle on and off maintenance.

I had several people that tried to join and they said it was in maintenance mode. I look around in the setting to see what's wrong, changed the world, and waited until an update, and I tried to get support from your support AI. Nothing works. Please fix it so I can play with my friends without actually being active on the world.
