Redstone lantern

I think that there should be a redstone lantern in the game.It would unpower when the supporting block becomes powered, whether hanging or placed on a block. It would power all adjacent blocks except for the supporting block. You can use this to cary redstone signals downwards without having to make rescource intensive observer systems or redstone dust staircases. It makes sence that it would have a lantern as right now every other torch comes with a lantern variant.
