Add offhand to Minecraft bedrock

Split controls players can benefit from this. Touch players can also use this without adding any buttons, by prioritizing either main or offhand. It depends wether a block or entity can be interacted further. For example planting. Seed main and bonemeal offhand. Seed first then switch to offhand.
