Bedrock import skins (synced cross-platform)

I feel as though if the marketplace purchased skins are available on all bedrock platforms, that imported skins should cross over as well. Many people transferred to console play after pocket edition, and do not own a PC, but they would still like to use imported skins. Allowing the synching of imported skins would help with user creativity, and would be an option available to those who own mobile or PC as well as console.
