Add the Debug Stick to Bedrock Edition for Technical Parity"

I am a dedicated Bedrock player who loves technical Minecraft. Currently, Bedrock lacks the creative control that the Java Edition Debug Stick provides. Adding this item to Bedrock would greatly improve the experience for creators, map makers, and technical players who want to manipulate block states without needing external tools. Please add the Debug Stick to Bedrock to help achieve better parity between the two versions
