Snow blocks with stone generates ice crystals

Snow blocks above adjacent or below a stone blocks over time generate ice crystals, like dripstone but capable of being sideways like amethyst crystals.

    Eh, I would just make it so ice, snow blocks, and snow layers start to generate icicles beneath the blocks they are on. That way if villages ever get snowed on, they may naturally start to generate icicles
