New ways of travel

My idea is that there is a new raft block that acts like a boat but you can build on it and if you add fences you can attach a lead to it to and maybe move it with a boat or attach it to a happy ghast to make a flying base. Also you can make a base on the ocean because it acts like a boat. Maybe their could be new redstone machines that you could add a propeller that moves the boat/happy ghast and like a seat and wheel to turn the boat/happy ghast. I think it would be a good idea
