You just walk on it and of course you get damaged but hitting a car wherever spot you hit will cause it to get damaged. It won’t get damaged like an animal will damaged it’ll get scratches or bumps in the car and even if you’re inside the car, you can see those bumps and hitting a car engine could cause it to either explode or catch on fire even again hitting the car could catch it on fire.
