Add denylist

For people who are running public Minecraft Bedrock servers. When allowlist is not practical when the server is public. A dentlist will get rid of the trouble makers while keeping the server public

I agree, just in some games, the list have a maximum.

So for example, if you maximum is 500, when you arrive to 500, you must clean your list.
