Add a category for custom recipes in the recipe book for the crafting table

On java, There should be another category under the redstone category in the crafting table for custom recipes. This would only appear when there is a custom recipe on the world/server. This would be very useful for creators/map makers to be able to separate the custom recipes from being in other categories but this would be a choice for creator to use them or not. So if the creator want to make a custom item that doesn't fit any of the 4 existing category or they just want to put all of their custom items in there, they can just use the custom recipes section for all of the recipes. 

This is specifically for java I am not sure how the recipe book works on bedrock but if its similar i wouldn't see why it shouldn't have it.
