Fix the BE conduits!

     Okay, every time I make a conduit and break the block underneath to "activate" it floats there for a second before becoming animated. But it's eye stays closed. it still gives me effects, but doesn't attack drowns. this is frustrating after i raided a Ocean Monument to get all the prismarine i needed to make a conduit net around my secret underwater base. But, none of the woke up so now i have a bunch of sleeping conduits around my base. PLEASE fix the BE conduits!!!
