Hitching a Ride on Phantoms in the End

Phantoms could spawn as a neutral mob in the end away from the main island. And if you use a lead on them, you'll be able to hitch a ride dangling over the void!

Phantoms will bring the players to a random different island that has to be a medium-to-long distance away, before they shake the player free and fly off again.

This would help players traverse end islands more quickly but unpredictably, and give a better name to phantoms.
