Minecraft is going in a bad direction.
All the updates feel as though they are aimed at the 7 year olds on bedrock edition.
The problem is that Mojang doesn't gaf about us, the pvp community. We are a lost cause to them. We bought the game and haven't paid them any money since. We are the ones who they don't care about. They want to attack the kids, make them pay for things they don't need. We can see that they are getting greedier and greedier with each and every update. Like who here actually asked for a friends feature in Java edition? No one. If you want friends, just use Essentials mod. By the looks of things, I give java 1 year MAX before they merge it with bedrock.
Now the thing with attribute swapping is also the timing, we have our best player, Marlowww, turning out to be a man who is called DangerMario. Then Donut SMP gets ruined for all us crystal pvpers, and now this? Like bro Mojang we are still mourning over all ts don't suddenly say you are dropping attribute swapping.
Honestly I had faith in the game 6 months ago. Now it feels less like Minecraft. It's also losing the thing that makes it so popular. Its simplicity. We don't want a new biome with a new structure, this is really starting to feel like a mod. Have you noticed that every new mob they add has a brand new, non simple animation? Mojang you need to just stop for a minute and get involved in the community. Don't ask the kids what they want, they are kids, they will say random ahh stuff, jst join a pvp dc
