Make it easier to submit complaints, bug reports/change no button to red

First: I've been trying to submit a complaint form for far too long about how the button for no (like when I turn on experiments) is green. No one uses green. It's a stupid decision, please change it to red.

Second: you guys make it waaaay to complicated to submit a bug report or a complaint form. 

Third: I've crafted a lot of hoes and I still don't have the achievement. I would have submitted this as a bug report, but I couldn't get access.

Btw the topic should also be UI, and website but I can only choose one. Also something that should be changed.
