Lower Bedrock Drowned Spawn Rate

PLEASE lower them. You actually can't do anything without one or multiple drowned sneaking behind your back. It also totally ruins the experience of being underwater. Unless you lower the drowned spawn rate to about the same as Java's, you might as well just remove all bodies of water from Minecraft.
