[NEW AUTUMNAL PLANTS] Chrysanthemum (+ relaxed effect) and poison ivy

Chrysanthemum: A healing plant found in the Poplar Tree biome (ONLY IN ABANDONED TENTS IN THIS BIOME). A healing autumnal plant that grants the player the relaxed effect (SLOW regeneration). Poison Ivy: Inflicts a poison effect if the player walks on it. The poison lasts for 5 seconds. Relaxed effect: The player recovers hearts over time MUCH SLOWER than regeneration (basically 1 heart recovered every 15 seconds).
