Add Sticky Redstone Paste: wall & ceiling placeable redstone wire

Crafting recipe: Four slime balls at four corners + one redstone dust in center of crafting table, yields 2 Sticky Redstone Paste. This new item can attach to all sides of blocks (walls, ceiling, floor), while vanilla redstone only works on top surface. Its signal strength and 15-block range are identical to regular redstone. It won’t auto-connect to normal redstone unless placed adjacent manually. It saves building space for redstone machines, hides wiring inside walls and makes vertical redstone much easier, also gives slime ball a new practical usage. Tag: New Item, Redstone, Gameplay
