The introduction of a Minecraft Speedrunning Ranked system onto Bedrock is a great idea. I honestly had a lot of hope for such a thing with two prominent players being tied into this project. The MCSR team and Tubbo’s team, that would make an easy and accessible way to get players to speedrun Minecraft Bedrock. What was instead delivered was an extremely slow, poorly made, and disrespectful game. Not only does this lure players in with a promise of “speedrunning” like Java, but has the audacity to put a 10 dollars price tag on it as well. There is no “speedrunning” like Java, because this isn’t Java. It tries to change the rules in ways to make it work but the end you’re left with ender eyes you cannot calculate and an end fight you cannot one cycle like in Java. It’s clear on the practice map that is free, they understood what the means that is needed but do not give the players any help to know how to do anything. It is shocking something like this made it through review and was put on the marketplace. Microsoft, Mojang, MCSR team, Tubbo team, and all others parties involved. You have let down the Bedrock community and the speedrunning community. This map should be taken down and refunded to everyone, until you have a proper solution that shows Bedrock Speedrunning and all its techniques, most importantly it should be free like MCSR.
