"Universal Realm" Concept

I believe a handy feature to be added will be a Universal Realm. Basically, you can choose to make a Java Realm or Bedrock Realm into a Universal Realm, allowing players to join from Java and Bedrock. The only things I see that would need to be fixed would be: Bedrock recieving Java 1.9 combat and Quasi Connectivity, and those could probably be added to Bedrock relatively easily. Some dedicated servers already do this, and a Realm is just a personal, easy to maintain private Minecraft Server. I see no reason why it could not be added.
