Channeling enchantment on copper armor

Allow the enchantment for Channeling to be applied to to copper armor. Possible use is having a high chance(percent goes up with more pieces applied) to be hit with lightning unsure if to have either have it where player will take damage or have player be immune to the lightning but allow a field of lightning strikes around the player to strike
