minecraft event

I've been following minecraft for a long time, and minecraft held minecon in America, Europe, minecraft experience minecraftlive in Rotterdam, I have an offer to hold some kind of event in the CIS (post-Soviet countries), for example, in Russia. We have many people who would like to attend such an event, but since it was usually held either in Europe or in the United States, few people can go there, including me.

Minecraft is for everyone! But I don't know if microsoft would allow this. I really liked the minecraft experiënce in Rotterdam and I think everyone should be able to go to an event like that.
