Free Marketplace Creators

Many people make add-ons and resource packs but have to put them on websites like Curseforge, MCPEDL, and Planet Minecraft, and this is mainly because they don't want to sign up to be a Marketplace creator. This is why I think there should be free Marketplace creators. This means that if you have a Minecraft account, you can create Marketplace items and publish them. However, all items that free Marketplace creators make must be free and do not cost any Minecoins. Also, the Marketplace items must first be approved by moderators to be added. The Free Marketplace would be an additional section of the Marketplace.
