Skins Should Be Universal

Skins a massive part of the game it's basically your own identity. Now as of currently you cannot upload your own skin on certain platforms such as consoles. I think there should be the ability to upload a skin on one platform such as mobile or PC and have it transfer to every single platform. Cuz as of right now the only thing that it does is safe to one specific platform.
