Don't fix the "attribute swapping bug" in future snapshots

Mace PvP, as well as PvP in general will be cooked if the attribute swapping will be removed in future snapshots. I will not go into detail because there's enough people saying why attribute swapping is important for the PvP community. Please don't remove it without a valid reason
