Command /locate feature

/locate feature command will work just as same as /locate structure or /locate biome, but with all the features, that can be placed via /place feature...command. For example, /locate feature minecraft:sulfur_spring_medium_2 will point to this nearest feature, but /locate feature #minecraft:sulfur_spring will locate any nearest sulfur spring.
