More communication regarding downtime (Minecraft Services Issue)

A little more communication regarding downtime would be appreciated. Recently, the frequency at which minecraft services have gone down have increased. My full time job is through minecraft and not knowing the status of fixing the services makes it harder to plan around. Using social media platforms to keep the community in touch with the downtime status would help me and certainly others.
