Allow community-made lightweight shaders on Bedrock (Mobile & Consoles)

Since the majority of Bedrock players are on consoles or mobile devices, many cannot access heavy or advanced visual enhancements. It would be amazing if Mojang allowed players to officially load and toggle lightweight shaders created by the community. This would drastically improve the visual experience for millions of players without sacrificing performance, serving as the perfect bridge while the development team continues to optimize official visual features.
