Spruce tree sapling change

Since pine trees are likely not going to be added, saplings for spruce should be changed to pine cones, or added along side the regular saplings. When planted they still look like saplings, but when dropped from a tree they are pinecones that you can pick up and throw (like snowballs), except they aren't consumed in the process. They can also be used as fuel.
