Revert attribute swapping changes

There are so many bugs mojang you need to fix. Bugs that actually annoy people on bedrock edition. Attribute swapping has been loved by everyone and is essential for many pvp techniques. Without it there will just be mods on every pvp server that revert that changes. So please just make our lives easier by reverting that changes.

    Attribute swapping is a core game mechanic at this point, it has been in the game for almost as long as other "bugs" like tnt dupes (Edit: longer than tnt dupes) or quasi connectivity. It is a core skill to pvping and it honestly creates better balancing in the late game for smps. Without attribute swapping fights in netherite will take ages because of low damage, you won't be able to consistently disable shields, the lunge enchantment becomes close to useless as pearls, wind charges, elytras, and tridents offer better solutions. Overall this is a bad change.

    Don't fix a bug that players prefer that has been in the game for 13 years.
