Restore Local Offline multiplayer in Minecraft Bedrock Edition

Please Restore the ability to join multiplayer worlds by using mobile hotspot and data without access to the internet js like back in 1.19 below, when the 1.20 update dropped it suddenly disappeared, please bring it back
