Pillager Fleets

Make small Pillager patrol fleets spawn in deep oceans or near Shipwrecks. Players can use the Spyglass to spot them early to either avoid or ambush them. Defeating the fleet captain grants the Bad Omen effect, which, in exchange for the risk, would significantly upgrade Buried Treasure loot (more diamonds, hearts of the sea, or better enchants). This would also make sea travel feel a bit more interactive and challenging.
