Achievement Activation/Deactivation Popup

A setting that turns on and off achievements, but can only be accessed if cheats are disabled. Things like, turning on creative mode or turning another player operator, should call for a popup to appear telling you the possible consequence of losing achievements or activating cheats. The popup could be turned off outside of a world in settings, but if not, it will appear every time a player has the chance to lose achievements/turn on cheats. This is to stop people from accidentally losing achievements.
