Wither boss (Vanilla Parity)

In the newest Bedrock Edition beta 1.18.30.21, The protection enchantment has been made to lessen wither damage. Which significantly made wither boss fights a lot easier. Because there has been a lot of changes to Bedrock to match Java, i think we should add an exclusive Wither boss feature from Java, which is the ability to regenerate health. The Wither on Java regenerates 1hp every 20 ticks, and can gain 5hp from killing an entity. And i think it would be cool for this parity change to be added.

    we do not need to make the wither even more difficult in bedrock, pls

    Java just needs the Bedrock Wither imo. The wither skellys when its at half health, the dash attack, explosion at the end, all of it.
