Reverse the "Attribute swap" removal

This removes nerfs the shield desperately needed (swapping from sword to axe to disable shields) and removes the higher skill ceiling in many pvp gamemodes like mace and spear mace, which takes alot of the fun away from these gamemodes.

    fr disabling shields is gonna be much more annoying and will take way longer if they don't revert this
