Game drops discourage playing the game!

I have waited for the sulfur drop for a while, as biomes are small you either have to Not explore or Start a new world to experience the new game drops and let them generate in your world,

Problem: Game drops discourage loading chunks which directly implies to not explore or play the game

Possible solutions:
-Drops that affect world generation should be less common
-Chunks that were mostly unaffected by player activity should reset to allow for updated terrain
-Make biomes cohesive/structured or less cluttered
-Focus on more drops that do not effect world generation

  I support this idea, as worlds from many years ago can’t get many new features. There have been old worlds which don’t readily have much trial chambers due to explored terrain, as well as trail ruins, the pale garden, the cherry blossom biome and the redesigned forests with leaf litter and wildflowers not being present in explored terrain, depending on the version the world chunk was generated . Even some worlds don’t have ancient cities or the deep dark biome in old chunks.
