Let us saddle baby happy ghasts.

I think the title explains what I want pretty well. I think a single-person smaller ghast would be so helpful for building in tight to reach high up areas. Perhaps a tradeoff is that it can't be used to lead mobs other then other ghasts like the big one can so that there's incentive there to have both.
