Add the glow effect and spectral arrows to bedrock edition

The glow effect and spectral arrows aren't on bedrock edition... for some reason

It realy seems like a pointless difference between bedrock and java and, personally, it would be a really useful effect and could make glowberrys give the glow effect when eaten

    I completely agree! It can be frustrating trying to complete raids, and the disparity between the versions serves no real purpose
