Vulkan Rendering Efficiency on Old Hardware

I primarily have been running 14 year old hardware that has always used Vulkan over OpenGL, and after testing the game (on the Fancy preset where I get 30 FPS on average) I was getting 2 FPS on average. I know that the Vulkan is still in development, but hopefully Vulkan will make modern Minecraft (without using optimization mods) run far smoother on iGPU computers. This is a good path to go down, OpenGL is very old and very few people still use it; Vulkan should improve the game's performance. I'm testing this latest snapshot on my hardware because if the game can run on the default settings just fine on old hardware, it can run even better on the latest technology.
