Improve multilingual chat filtering because many non-English bad words are not filtered properly, especially Turkish words.

* Friends-only join

* Hide online status

* Silence notifications

Optional UI customization:

Allow players to locally customize menu text using resource-pack style settings visible only to themselves.

These changes would modernize Bedrock multiplayer while

keeping Minecraft simple and user-friendly.
