90° rotation entity + Sulfur Cube Interactions

Put a nametag Easter egg like dinnerbone. Dinnerbone flips upside down the entity, this one should just rotate it of 90°, left or right isn't important. But, by this way with some commands like the one that allows you to put every block you want into a sulfur cube we could be able to bring other really funny and creative trick in our builds and maps. For example we could just have easier vertical half-slab 👀. I know it's already viable but this will extend the verticality to also other blocks like an Hopper for some "spike" effect or to fence and walls for some build hack looking like a horizontal pole. If this will ever be added can we use a nametag like "Abira", it's just the nick of a person I really care about, but it's not really important, it's just a cute dedication if this will ever be added from my idea.
