Co-owner permissions for multiplayer worlds

Rather than the owner of the world having to activate mutliplayer, and then stay inside the server so that other people can play, i think it would be a good idea that the owner could give a co-owner permission to like 1-3 people, so that they can join the world and activate multiplayer whenever.
