travelcraft happy ghast buildable platform on vannila

The Travel Craft addon brought an incredible idea that would be great to implement in Vanilla. 1)a platform that would be placed beneath the happy ghast, allowing it to be tied to the ghast using ropes. 2)It could be crafted along with the Happy Ghast saddle: with ropes or chains and slabs. 3)It could be walkable and it would be possible to build on top of it. 4) The happy ghast would be able to move it even with mobs or players on the platform. 5) It would be great for players who prefer exploration and want to always have a base with them. 6) There would be a height limit for construction at the base so that it wouldn't cross the Happy Ghast. 7)This would make traveling more enjoyable by allowing players to sleep in their mobile base and have a life, as well as nicer houses and buildings. 8) This would help both survival players and builders.
