Data Driven Items

With the addition of item components it is now easier than ever to alter item data in a modular and easy way. However, actually creating new item ids still remains impossible. Allowing for the direct addiction of new item ids through datapacks would be extremely useful. This feels especially reasonable given that you could add in the item components as well as define the item id in the same file. This would be an easy thing to add, but would open up a vast world for datapack creators given the various systems in place that already use item id's in one form or another.
